SUBSCRIPTION BOX TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order, creating an account, or using our subscription service, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ki Retreat Box ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE OVERVIEW
2.1 Service Description
Ki Retreat Box provides a subscription box service delivering curated at home retreat products to customers on a recurring basis.
We offer the following subscription plans:
Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, ships monthly
Quarterly Subscription: Billed every 3 months, ships monthly
Biquarterly: Billed every 6 months, ships monthl
Annual Subscription: Billed annually, ships monthly
All subscriptions include a standard shipping rate, paid in advance.
2.2 Product Contents
Products included in each box are at our sole discretion
Box contents may vary each shipment period
We cannot guarantee specific products or brands
Product substitutions may occur due to availability
Box contents are intended as a curated surprise experience
2.3 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. If you are under 18, you may use our service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
3. PRICING AND BILLING
3.1 Subscription Fees
Monthly Plan: $89 per month + shipping
Quarterly Plan: $85 per month every 3 months + shipping
Biquarterly Plan: $82 per month every 6 months + shipping
Annual Plan: $79 per month every year + shipping
3.2 Billing Process
Billing Date: Your subscription will be charged on 25th of each month for the month ahead, regardless of your initial welcome box order.
Example: Purchase welcome box and start subscription on the 19th - you will receive your welcome box immediately and your subscription fee will start on the 25th of the same month for the next consecutive themed box.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Failed Payments: We will retry your payment up to 3 days. Service may be suspended for failed payments,
3.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices
Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Existing subscribers will be charged new prices starting with their next billing cycle
You may cancel before price changes take effect
3.4 Taxes and Fees
Prices include all applicable sales taxes and shipping fees for convenience
You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription
International customers may be subject to customs duties and fees
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1 Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping: 3 business days
International Shipping: 3-5 business days (where available)
Shipping Costs: Included in subscription price for domestic orders
Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
4.2 Delivery Terms
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
Delivery Confirmation: Tracking information will be provided when available
Failed Delivery: Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts
Address Changes: Must be updated before the shipping cutoff date of the 20th of each month
4.3 International Shipping
Limited international shipping available
International customers responsible for customs, duties, and taxes
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
Some products may be restricted in certain countries
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
5.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Deadline: Must cancel in writing 5 days before shipping date of the 25th of each month
Effective Date: Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing period
Final Shipment: You will receive your final box in the last month paid
5.2 Refund Policy
No Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
Exceptions: Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion for:
Billing errors
Duplicate charges
Defective or damaged products
Non-delivery due to our error
5.3 Subscription Modifications
Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription by contacting customer service
Effective Date: Changes take effect on your next billing cycle
Proration: No proration for plan changes within the same billing cycle
5.4 Pausing Subscriptions
Vacation Hold: You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months
Notice Required: Must provide at least 10 days notice
Automatic Resumption: Subscription will automatically resume after pause period
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 Account Information
Provide accurate and complete information
Update account information promptly when changes occur
Maintain confidentiality of account login credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
6.2 Payment Obligations
Ensure valid payment method is on file
Update payment information before expiration
Pay all charges incurred on your account
Contact us immediately regarding billing disputes
6.3 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Resell subscription boxes for commercial purposes
Share account credentials with others
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer our curation process
Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
7. PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
7.1 Product Quality
We strive to include high-quality products in each box
Products are provided "as is" without warranties
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects
Contact us within 10 days for product quality issues
7.2 Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee products are free from allergens
Customer Responsibility: Review all product labels and ingredients
Medical Advice: Consult healthcare providers for medical concerns
No Liability: We are not liable for allergic reactions or health issues
7.3 Product Availability
Product availability subject to change without notice
Substitutions may be made for unavailable products
We reserve the right to modify box contents
No guarantee of specific brands or products
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Company Property
All content, trademarks, and designs are our property
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials
Product curation methodology is proprietary
Subscription box concepts and themes are protected
8.2 Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you provide (reviews, photos, etc.)
You grant us license to use your content for marketing purposes
You may revoke this license by contacting us
We may remove inappropriate content at our discretion
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
9.1 Information Collection
We collect information necessary to provide our service

9.2 Communication Preferences

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for business losses or interruptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations
10.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to:
Natural disasters or weather events
Government actions or regulations
Supplier or carrier issues beyond our control
Technical failures or internet outages
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Dispute Process
Initial Contact: Contact customer service to resolve disputes
Informal Resolution: We will attempt to resolve issues informally
Formal Dispute: Unresolved disputes may require formal legal action
Jurisdiction: Courts of Minneapolis, Minnesota have exclusive jurisdiction
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits, except where prohibited by law.
12. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
12.1 Termination by Customer
You may terminate your account at any time
Follow cancellation procedures outlined in Section 5
Account termination does not entitle you to refunds
You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination
12.2 Termination by Company
We may terminate accounts for:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Repeated payment failures
Abusive behavior toward staff
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your subscription will be cancelled
Access to customer portal will be revoked
Outstanding balances remain due
These Terms survive termination where applicable
13. REFERRAL PROGRAM
13.1 Program Terms
Referral rewards are subject to program terms
Rewards may change or be discontinued at any time
Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination
Referral credits have no cash value
13.2 Reward Limitations
One reward per unique referred customer
Referred customer must maintain subscription for duration of subscription
Self-referrals and family member referrals may be restricted
We reserve the right to audit referral activity
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
14.1 Modification Rights
We may modify these Terms at any time
Changes will be posted on our website
Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
Material changes will be communicated via email
14.2 Notice Period
Most changes effective immediately upon posting
Price changes require 30 days advance notice
You may cancel if you disagree with changes
Cancellation must occur before changes take effect
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ki Retreat Box
15.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
15.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not transfer your subscription without our consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.
